Empowering Youth Through Supportive Care

Who We Serve
At this time we provide care for young women ages 14–18 who benefit from a small, structured, and supportive environment. Our home is designed to support growth, stability, and positive outcomes for youth who may experience family conflicts or placement disruption, emotional and behavior challenges, dependents, youth transitioning from other congregate settings, and youth involved in the juvenile justice system.

Our residential care home located in a quiet Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. It’s a 3-bed home featuring one single room and one shared room, offering a safe and welcoming space for youth to live, grow, and work on personal goals. The calm, community-focused setting allows young women to focus on learning, healing, and building strong relationships.

Admissions
Strong Bonds Group Living accepts referrals for young women ages 14–18, through approved agencies. Placements may be short-term, long-term, or transitional, depending on individual needs. Each referral goes through an intake process to ensure our home is a safe and supportive fit. Our team works closely with families and agencies to support a smooth, positive transition into the home.
